Thank you for choosing GlassJar Inc. These Terms Of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access and use of the GlassJar platform, including our software, services, websites, mobile applications, and all related tools and documentation (collectively, the “Platform”). This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and GlassJar Inc., including its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “GlassJar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on its behalf.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you:
- Acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
- Are not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits use of this Platform under applicable sanctions or embargo laws
- Authorize GlassJar Inc. to collect, use, and share your data consistent with our Privacy Policy
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement
Your use of certain Platform features may be subject to additional terms (“Additional Terms”), which will be presented to you for acceptance if applicable.
2. Your Privacy and Information
We are committed to protecting your personal data. By using the Platform, you agree that GlassJar Inc. may collect, process, and retain your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you input or provide personal information about others, you represent that you have obtained the necessary consent to share such data with GlassJar.
You acknowledge that use of the Platform may involve the sharing of certain personal or business data across GlassJar Inc. entities as part of operational functionality and analytics, and you consent to such sharing unless otherwise prohibited by law.
3. Platform Updates and Modifications
GlassJar Inc. may update, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
You may be required to accept revised terms to continue using the Platform. If you do not agree to such modifications, you should discontinue your use of the Platform.
4. License and Access
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, GlassJar grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business or personal purposes.
Any software provided by GlassJar, whether desktop or mobile, is licensed—not sold—and may be used solely in accordance with its accompanying documentation and this Agreement. You may make one backup copy solely for archival purposes.
5. Accounts and Security
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to maintain its accuracy. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
6. Payment Terms
Some services on the Platform may require payment. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to GlassJar’s billing policies:
- Fees are billed in USD
- Charges may be recurring depending on the service plan
- You are responsible for keeping your payment information current
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle
- We reserve the right to change pricing upon reasonable notice
- No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by law
Trial services may require a paid plan to retain access to created data upon expiration.
7. Beta Features
GlassJar may offer beta or trial features from time to time. These features are offered “as-is” and may be discontinued without notice. Use of beta features is at your own discretion.
8. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of your content and data. However, by submitting content to the Platform, you grant GlassJar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.
We may also generate deidentified or aggregated usage data to enhance and analyze performance and usage trends.
GlassJar and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and its components.
9. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Submit or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Engage in fraud, phishing, spamming, or unauthorized advertising
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Access or tamper with systems or data that do not belong to you
- Circumvent or abuse Platform security features
- Enable or encourage any third party to violate these terms
Violations may result in immediate termination of your account or access.
10. Third-Party Services and Advice
Some features may allow integration with third-party services or display content from third-party providers. GlassJar is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of any third-party tools, links, or advice. Any reliance is at your own risk.
11. Community Interaction and Feedback
GlassJar may offer forums or community features. You are solely responsible for your interactions and the content you share. We reserve the right to monitor, remove, or modify user content at our discretion.
You grant GlassJar a perpetual, royalty-free license to use feedback or suggestions you provide in any way we see fit.
12. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. GlassJar may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our discretion, including for violations of this Agreement or legal requirements.
Upon termination, your rights to access or use the Platform will cease, and you must stop using any associated software. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
13. Disclaimers
Except where expressly stated, the Platform is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind. GlassJar disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlassJar and its affiliates will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the greater of $100 or the total amount paid by you for use of the Platform during the previous 12 months
These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlassJar Inc. from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of this Agreement or unlawful use of the Platform.
16. Legal Compliance and Export Restrictions
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and not to use or distribute the Platform in embargoed jurisdictions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and specified regions of Ukraine. You also agree that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited parties.
17. Government Use
If the Software is acquired by or on behalf of the U.S. Government, it is provided as a “commercial item” with only those rights granted herein under applicable laws.
18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
You and GlassJar agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court, rather than litigation in court. This includes claims arising from or related to this Agreement or the Platform.
You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials. Arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules.

19. Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
You may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent. GlassJar may assign this Agreement at any time without notice.
This Agreement, together with any applicable Additional Terms, is the entire agreement between you and GlassJar relating to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
