Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you do not need a credit card to start it.
How does the launch pricing work?
Each plan is 50% off for your first three months. No promo code is needed. After three months your plan renews at the regular price shown under each plan: $59, $99 or $299 a month. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings before your next billing date.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Who counts as a user?
Intro includes one user. Essentials includes two users and Advanced includes five. On Essentials and Advanced you can add more people at $30 a month for an additional admin or $10 a month for a non-admin user.
Can my accountant or bookkeeper access my books?
Yes. A seat for your CPA or bookkeeper is free on every plan.
What support is included?
Every plan includes support from the GlassJar team.
Where is my data stored and how is it protected?
GlassJar runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest, the database is backed up every day with 35 days of retention, and card payments run through Stripe. The details are on our security page.
What does GlassJar not do yet?
The January 2027 release does not include payroll, sales tax automation, paying contractors from GlassJar, inventory, or estimates. Our trust page keeps the current list.
