Your company details
Your company name and contact details appear on the invoices you send and at the top of your reports. Keep them current so customers and your accountant see the right information.
Signing in
You can sign in with your Google account or with your email address. If you sign in with Google, your GlassJar account is protected by any multi-factor authentication you have turned on for that Google account. If you forget an email password, use the reset option on the sign-in page and we will email you a link.
Keeping your account secure
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else, or sign in with Google and turn on multi-factor authentication there.
- Give each person their own login instead of sharing one.
- GlassJar staff cannot open your books unless you invite them.
- Every change is recorded in an activity trail you can see, so you can check what happened and who did it.
Your subscription
- GlassJar has three plans: Intro, Essentials and Advanced. Current prices and the number of users each one includes are on the pricing page.
- Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- If you cancel, your account moves to read-only access, so you can still view your data and run your reports.
Users and roles
- Invite the people who work in your books and give each one a role. The role controls what they can see and change.
- Every plan includes a free seat for your CPA or bookkeeper, so you never have to share your own login with them.
